Change the order of fields in edit pages (Integrated forms)

Example: changing the title of a block (Integrated blocks module). The title field is expected to appear as the first field of the form (that is standard in forms). The title field is not the first field, but appears as the 4th or 5th field in the form. Please change this, so the title field is the first field in the form.
