Workflow re-index fails in some situations

Description

When changing the workflow, sometimes the content isn't reindexed, which means the new rights are not applied.

This seems to happen when the workflow for a content type is changed.

To fix this problem we queue all the content connected to a content type when a content type is changed.

Also fixed some styling issue in the workflow bundle.
