Can't edit an selected image because of 'Add a Comment' function

Description

Steps

1. Add an inline image.
2. Select this image. The function 'Add a comment' is shown.
3. It's not possible to edit the image because the 'add a comment'. The only way is to drag your mouse while selecting.

Result

It must be possible to select an image with just clicking on it. It shouldn't show 'add a comment', because you need to be able to put a style on it.

Test scenarios

  1. Add an inline image

  2. Click on the image

  3. The image is selected and not blocked by 'add a comment'

in addition of comment "can you fix this":

Can you merge the PR in the comment bundle. There is not travis file so Jenkins fails and can not merge the PR.

  • Add an inline image to the editor

  • Click somewhere in the text (in the editor)

  • Click on the image (once)

  • Click Formats - Preformatted

  • Click View source
    --> the <pre> should be added to the image, but is added to the text
