Thompson theme: implement feature content block view

Background

The Thompson HTML/CSS contains views which have not been implemented in the theme yet.

Requirements.

• Implement the feature content block view in block/content
• Use cover image instead of video
• Crop and resize to fit the image
• "Sport news" --> is the first taxonomy item, like on the tiled view

Test scenarios

• Place the block somewhere
• Does the content match the search selection?
• Do all elements have the right content?
• Do the max. items etc. limits work?
