Implement feature items block in Thompson theme

Background

The Thompson HTML/CSS contains views which have not been implemented in the theme yet.

HTML can be found in INTEGRATED-967, overview.html

Requirements

• Implement the FeaturedItems block view in block/featured_items/default.html.twig, without the button icon

Test scenarios

• Place the block somewhere with the Thomson theme

• Do all fields work correctly when editing a block?
